Cerium is a material that is obtained by refining monazite in the Ore Refining System. Specifically, monazite ore can be mined using the Mine Extractor in 14-15 minutes with level 2 mine software and then refined in 7-8 minutes. Alternatively, a monazite ring can be recycled; this will yield a monazite gem, which can then be refined to gain cerium in 1-2 minutes. Monazite ore, gems, and rings have a stack limit of 50; cerium has a limit of 300.
